Pool & Spa


      1. The gate to the pool area must remain closed and locked at all times except when someone is entering or exiting the pool area.  The gate must not be propped open.
      2. Pool hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Guests must be accompanied by an adult Warner Ranch Phase II Owner or Resident. No more than four (4) guests per household are allowed in the pool area.

Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by and under the supervision of a parent or guardian when in the pool area.

Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.

Proper swim wear is required while in the pool or jacuzzi (no jeans, cutoffs, etc.).

Stereos and/or Radios must be kept at a reasonable volume level as not to disturb neighboring homes.

All trash and cigarette butts must be properly disposed of in the trash and ash tray receptacles that are provided.

Pool furniture may not be removed from the pool area.  Please do not place furniture in the pool or spa as it may damage the pool/spa fiberglass surface area and the furniture.

No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in the pool area.

No diving, running or horseplay is allowed in the pool area.

No bicycling, skateboarding, skating, etc. is allowed in the pool area.

During the winter months, please replace the Jacuzzi cover after using the Jacuzzi.

Requests for replacement access cards must be made in writing to the Community Manager.  The fee for such replacement access cards will be $30.00.
