Trash Pickup Days:
Recycle (blue barrel) = Tuesday
Garbage (black barrel) = Friday
Trash recepticles shall be stored out of sight from neighboring properties.

Mailbox Keys:
The Association is not responsible for mailbox key distribution.  The previous owner should give you the mailbox keys at close of escrow.  If you lose your keys or were not given them at close of escrow, please contact a locksmith that has been licensed by the U.S. Post Office.

Pool Keys:
Pool Keys are available at the AAM East Valley Office located at 1311 W. Chandler Blvd., Suite 130, Chandler, AZ 85224. The cost for key replacement is $30. Please call and make an appointment with the manager, Melissa Brassow at 602-906-4927 prior to coming in.

Gate Key / Transmitter:
Not applicable.

The legal documents of the Association require that all vehides should be parked in your garage or driveway. Should you see this becoming a problem, particularly in the nighttime hours, please assist the Association in enforcing this provision by completing the attached form.

Assessment Due Date:
The assessment fee is due semi-annually on January 1st and July 1st.

Assessment Late Date:
The assessment is late on the 15th of the month it is due.

Assessment Late Fee:
All payments received after the 30th of the month it is due are subject to a late charge of 10% of the assessment amount.

Additional Comments specific to property:

The street lights throughout Warner Ranch Phase II have numbers on the poles. Should you note one or more of these lights out, please call SRP Private Street Light Division at 236-8972 to report the problem. SRP will require the light number and an adjacent address.

Warner Ranch RV parking area is a convenient amenity available to the residents of the Warner Ranch communities. WRRV is not owned or controlled by the Warner Ranch master or subassociations.  However, WRRV has voluntarily given Warner Ranch occupants preference to available space over those living outside of these communities. WRRV is located just north of Warner Ranch Drive about one block east of Kyrene Road.

Among the main concerns in an Association pool area is safety of its users and the liability to the Association. We do not have a lifeguard, so rules have been adopted as guidelines for safety.  A copy of the pool rules can be found in the Document Center.

The pool will not be reserved for private parties, but will be kept open for the use of all rule-abiding members. Have a safe and fun swimming season.

ARC Requirements:
An Architectural Request Form must be submitted prior to constructing or adding any modifications to
your property. Your cooperation with this requirement will preclude future problems. Please refer to the  Architectural Guidelines (available in the Document Center) which have been adopted to assist you through the submittal process.
