We are actively searching for an Executive Administrative Assistant!

This is an immediate opening however there will be a relatively thorough interview process – we are looking for TALENT, not just an employee! This is an IN Office Position at Keller Williams East Valley 2077 E Warner Rd Suite 110 Tempe AZ 85284. Days times will be flexible and determined at time of interview, there will be Weekend work! How hungry are you to create your abundance? We will help!

This is an apprenticeship, a long-term opportunity with no ceiling! It will be hourly pay with bonuses based on production to start. For the right person that has a fire inside them to learn the Real Estate Business (From the BEST! – all modesty set aside LOL) and do what it takes to succeed then the proverbial “Sky is the Limit” $30,000 a year, $50,000 a year, $100,000 a year , $500,000 a year.. It is really only up to YOU!

A Real Estate License is not mandatory in the beginning and for the right person we will provide a scholarship. It will be necessary for proper growth. We Want Someone who Lights up the Room – Makes Everyone Excited to be there!

Example:

If I say to you on Friday “Take this book home with you over the weekend, read the first 3 chapters and report back to me Monday to talk about it”, and you don’t do it – this job is not for you! If you show up Monday and read the whole thing and were authentically interested and understand how it can help you grow either personally or professionally then we want you! OK so off my soap box here is what we need:

Pre-Real Estate Licensing

 

  • Help Keep the Team Organized, Positive, FOCUSED and Motivated (this might seem a bit strange as the first item – but we, as serial entrepreneurs sometimes are easily distracted by shiny objects!)
  • Attend weekly (perhaps more often) Goal Accountability Meetings
  • Attend Training Sessions as specified
  • Prospecting: Answer Phones, Call FSBO’s, Expired’s, Circle Prospecting, SOI (Eventually)
  • Master our CRM – keep all leads and SOI organized
  • Edit Websites
  • Coordinate with Rocket-lister
  • Blog Posts – Active Rain, Trulia, Zillow and Realtor.com
  • Maintain, call clients and ask for testimonials and add to websites, Trulia etc.
  • Set Listing/Buyer Appointments
  • Meet Appraisers/Inspectors
  • Build Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com Presence
  • Design/Order/Distribute Flyers, Postcards and Direct Mail marketing pieces
  • ALL Database management
  • Errands as Needed
  • Put up open house Signs On Saturdays or Sundays
  • Learn and maintain Brivity and Happy Grasshopper
  • Managing follow up campaigning
  • Organize/Schedule – Client Appreciation and Housewarming Parties
  • Do what we ask as needed (Please go wash the Sedan..)

Post-Real Estate Licensing

  • All transaction management
  • Prepare Listing Kits and have available
  • Prepare Buyer Kits and have them available
  • Comp properties as needed
  • Write contracts including weekends
  • Show properties
  • Write and follow up with BINSR’s
  • Learn DotLoop (E-Signing)
  • Keep All files in order for Broker
  • Other Tasks as We Specify – Are You a Turn Key Team Player?

An Arizona Real Estate License is required for this position for you to receive bonuses and complete some of the tasks required.
